Sometimes you get this error.
If you get this error, Bundle Commander can’t connect to your primary ZCM server.
Check if you have used the right IP-address or DNS name for your server, the ports and credentials. If this is all correct then you have to check if the webservice of your primary ZCM server is running. Bundle Commander uses this service to connect to you server.
Point your browser to:
You should see this screen.
Then go to:
You get this screen.
Then call the function getRootPath
That should give you as a result:
If you don’t, then there is something wrong with the webservice of you ZCM server. More information on the webservices is found here: https://www.novell.com/documentation/zcm10/zcm10_deployment_bp/data/bi6awtt.html#brushp6
If all is well with your webservice, there is another reason Bundle Commander can’t connect. It can be caused by a virus protection suite or firewall on your local computer. Disable this first to see if you can connect. If you can, then whitelist Bundle Commander in your protection suite.
